Rules and Regulations:
1. The competition will be conducted in two rounds.
2. Individual participation only.

Elimination Round
1. Each participant will get one question paper.
2. There are no negative marks for wrong answers.
3. The time duration for this round is 30 Minutes.
4. The candidate has to tick mark (√ ) the appropriate answer.
5. More than one tick will be considered as wrong.
6. The paper will not be available after declaration of result.

Final Round
1. Language for designing: HTML and CSS
2. The Participant has to design a minimum 3 pages of a website based on the competition theme. (Topics will be provided at the time of competition).
3. The Internet will be available for downloading images and templates.
4. The time duration for this round is 45 min.
5. Winners will be decided by combining first-round and final-round scores.
6. The decision of the judges will be final.
