Treasure Hunt Competition for Junior
The Treasure Hunt Areas :
- Horizontally : From this auditorium till the main gate.
- Vertically : From this basement, ground floor, 1st floor till 2nd floor.
Rules :
- There will be 9 teams each consisting of 4 members.
- There will be an elimination round of the treasure hunt, first. Wherein, 3 teams will be chosen. Which will finally go for the TREASURE HUNT.
- There will be a color code given to each team, which should be there on their right side of the chest till the winning point. In case its missed by any of the team member, that team will be disqualified.
- Basic information behind the color code is, you must hunt all the 6 clues of your own color only. All these clues should be with you collectively, to be declared as THE WINNING TEAM.
- A head start will be given. This means that you cannot view the clues, or leave the starting site without it has been announced that THE HUNT HAS BEGUN!.
- Your team cannot split up.
- You have to collect all the 6 clues of your own color code envelope, till the winning point. All of the clues are in simple English language. Still in case, you don’t understand, you may take the help of your volunteer.
- Malpractices will lead to throw the team out of hunt. Cameras are installed at each & every corner + discipline committee to maintain the decorum & to have a clear cut view of the activity.
- The team captain is entirely responsible for all works done by the team members.
- Mobile phones & any digital device is strictly prohibited.
- Any team seeking advice from people outside race other than the volunteers, will be disqualified.
- Help from the volunteers can be taken for knowing the places.
- Any team that tries to physically obstruct the hunt for the other teams will be disqualified, with an immediate effect.
- After a head start, within one hour the team has to reach at the auditorium with all the 6 clues, of their own color, given to you.
- After 1 Hr. and 20 minutes, one of the staff/volunteer will give you the signal about time over, then all team members should come into the auditorium along with the clues that your team has collected.
- Team who has collected all the clues correctly without any violence & within a given time period will be declared as the winner.
- In case, no one reach at the winning point, but has collected a maximum clues, will be considered as the winning team.
